This machine is suitable for regeneration and granulation of waste plastics,as PE,PP,PETetc. It is equipped with quick motor-operated filter-screen replacing unit and automatic temperature control. The granulating crusher uses adjustable speed motor,pelleting with an extruding machine at the same discharging speed synchronistically.The unit is easy to operate,with a high output,steady performance, and favorable economic benefit.
1. Screw and barrel: made of 38 CrMoAl, inlet mouth is coverd special alloy (screw dia.120,long dia.ratio 28:1 )
2. Gear box: ZLYJ225 made of top quality special alloy
3. Motor: 45 kw-4p General motor
4. Control box: digital meter
5. Heat loop: stainless steel and copper
6. Water tank: water cooling 2500 mm
