This machine set is used for blowing Low-density polyethylene(LDPE)and high-density polyethyene(HDPE)plastic film to make various vest bags and flat-rim bags which have been widely used for packing in the food industry, gamenet industry and textile industry, etc.

AIR RING : It is an important component of film blowing unit for plastic processing machinery. It is responsible for cooling and setting of blown film bubbles.
REDUCER: The reducer matches the speed and transfers the torque between the prime mover and the worker or the actuator. The reducer is a relatively precise machine. The purpose of using it
is to reduce the speed and increase the torque (force).
REWINDER: The blown film is coiled into coils, and the coiled film is smooth and wrinkle-free, with neat edges. The film on the reel shaft should be tightened moderately to prevent the film from stretching deformation and ensure the quality.
DIE HEAD/DIE The die controls the blowing ratio of the membrane, which has an effect on the strength and stability of the membrane.
